Our client provides data solutions to financial services institutions, nationally.
Objective: With an upcoming compliance deadline, outside of our client’s expertise, they required a SME to ensure specific IT requirements were met.
Solution: In partnership with the Program Manager, we evaluated the talent gap and recommended a profile. Our client required a SME to:
- provide expertise current databases and trends,
- assess the current environment,
- create migration plan and recommend solutions.
With our client’s partnership, we established a talent acquisition strategy which enabled us to identify, screen, interview and onboard applicants within a 72-hour window. Our goal for a quick turnaround was to allow the SME as much time as possible to execute on the engagement.
Result: We worked closely with our client to establish a hiring profile that would satisfy the skill-set requirement and time restriction. With a streamlined interview process, we were able to quickly onboard the strongest consultant with the exact previous experience necessary. Between the 3 parties, we defined deliverables within the timeline to ensure a successful engagement.
