The Owner(s)/Officer(s) identified below (individually, an “Applicant”) each represents, acknowledges, and agrees that:
- All information and documents provided to People Serve INC are true, accurate, and complete.
- Applicant will immediately notify People Serve INC of any material change in financial condition or business status.
- People Serve INC and its affiliates, representatives, successors, assigns, designees, agents, partners, and service providers (collectively, “Recipients”) are authorized to request and receive any investigative reports, credit reports, bank statements, statements from creditors or financial institutions, verification of information, or any other data that People Serve INC and its affiliates deem necessary to evaluate and process this application.
- Applicant hereby waives and releases any claims against People Serve INC and any information providers arising from any act or omission relating to the requesting, obtaining, or release of such information.
- Each Owner/Officer represents that he or she is duly authorized to sign this application on behalf of the Prospective Client and to bind the Prospective Client to all terms herein.
- The Prospective Client and each Owner/Officer agree to receive communications from People Serve INC and its affiliates—including calls, text messages, emails, and physical mail—regarding this application and related products or services.
- Applicant further authorizes People Serve INC to transmit this application, along with any accompanying or subsequently obtained information, to any or all Recipients for purposes of underwriting, funding, or other legitimate business purposes.
