Job Description

Our Boston client is looking for a Technical Trainer Support/ Specialist who will be responsible for training and supporting Operations personnel and end users.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation of the client's Workforce Modernization Program (WMP) systems.
  • Develop and execute training programs
  • Support end users on troubleshooting issues
  • Act as a liaison between areas and project teams
  • Respond to each inquiry in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work on any/and all shifts/ locations as assigned and directed 
  • Uphold the rights and interests of the Authority while building and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Perform related duties and projects as assigned. 

Qualifications:

  • 3 yrs of experience in bus/transit operations
  • 2 yrs of exp supervisory exp
  • Work on any/and all shifts/ locations as assigned and directed 
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, time management skills
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong computer and analytical skills
  • The ability to work with a diverse workforce. 
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
